Dow provided local grants to Keep America Beautiful® affiliates and local organizations participating in Great American Cleanup® activities to support employee engagement in Dow communities.

The engagement provided through Great American Cleanup activities further promoted Dow’s priorities in communities where the company has a presence and strengthened the employee morale and commitment to the organization. As part of the grants, Dow employees did their part to give back in the communities where they live, work and play.

The Saginaw Art Museum in Saginaw, Michigan, was among the Dow employee engagement sites. Local Dow employees and their family members worked in the garden beds by pulling weeds and preparing the soil for new plants.

Other communities and organizations that partnered with Dow employees included: Ijams Nature Center, Knoxville, Tennessee; Friends of Silver Lake Nature Center, Bristol, Pennsylvania; Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy, Collegeville, Pennsylvania; Charlotte Mecklenburg Storm Services, Charlotte, North Carolina; Heritage Conservancy, Bristol/Croydon, Pennsylvania; City of Victoria (Take Pride Victoria), Victoria, Texas; Keep West Baton Rouge Beautiful, West Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Keep Philadelphia Beautiful, Philadelphia Pennsylvania ; Keep America Beautiful-Chicago, Chicago, Illinois; Keep Assumption Beautiful, Pierre Part, Illinois; and Keep Lake Jackson, Lake Jackson, Texas.

Dow was among the national sponsors of the 2019 Great American Cleanup.
