During National Public Works Week, Conn. Public Works Dept. gives back

National Public Works Week, held May 17-23 this year, celebrates the men and women who provide and maintain the infrastructure and services collectively known as public works. In East Hartford, Connecticut, the Public Works Department is giving back rather than celebrating by volunteering at a drive-through food distribution site for those in need. Read more.
