Position: Director of Digital Marketing

Location: Remote, California preferred

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and dynamic Director of Digital Marketing to join our team. This role is essential in driving our digital presence, implementing an effective CRM strategy, and creating engaging content across social media platforms. As part of the marketing and communications team, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Keep America Beautiful’s mission by reaching new audiences in relevant channels with timely messages, storytelling across social platforms to raise visibility, and create effective marketing plans increase donor and stakeholder engagement.  The Director of Digital Marketing will report to the Chief of Staff/Head of Marketing. 

Key Responsibilities:

• CRM Strategy:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to engage donors, affiliates, employees, volunteers and partners.
• Manage and optimize CRM tools to track, segment, and personalize communications.
• Create targeted email campaigns to increase engagement and participation.
• Social Media Strategy:
• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Create compelling, on-brand content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn,).
• Monitor social media trends, engage with the community, and track key performance metrics.
• Digital Campaigns:
• Create, build and manage online campaigns to engage individuals in the mission of Keep America Beautiful
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create innovative campaigns.
• Analyze performance data and optimize digital campaigns for maximum impact.
• Content Creation:
• Develop web copy, email newsletters, and digital marketing assets.
• Work with design and multimedia teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and graphics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CRM and social media strategy.
• Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, Pardot, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media management tools and platforms.
• Proven track record in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for environmental causes and community service is a plus.

Salary Range

$75,000-$90,000
