Data and Evaluation Analyst

Location: Remote (Eastern U.S. time zone hours)

Reports to: SVP, Impact and Analytics

Experience: 1–4 years or strong academic/internship background in data management, social science research, environmental science/policy, or government and/or nonprofit program evaluation.

As a Data & Evaluation Analyst, you’ll help us understand and amplify the impact of our work across a national network of 750+ community-based affiliates.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s excited to grow their skills in data analysis, research, and project coordination—while contributing to stronger, more resilient communities across the country.

What You’ll Do

  • Track and measure the impact of programs that empower local communities
  • Build dashboards and reports using tools like Salesforce and Power BI
  • Organize and manage data projects from start to finish—keeping timelines, tasks, and stakeholders aligned
  • Extract, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Create visuals and presentations that make data easy to understand and share with community partners
  • Support research projects that explore behavior change and community engagement
  • Collaborate with teams and affiliates to improve how we collect and use data to serve communities better
  • Help streamline systems and processes to make our work more efficient and impactful
  • Explore the possibilities of automation and artificial intelligence to support our work

What You Bring

  • A degree or equivalent experience in the social sciences, public and/or environmental policy, data science, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience (including internships or academic projects) in data management and analysis, social science and/or environmental research, or government/nonprofit evaluation
  • Strong skills in data management tools like Excel and Salesforce. Even better if those skills expand to Power BI for data visualization, R or Python for analysis and data management, and experience and enthusiasm for adopting AI methodologies. Most importantly, you bring a growth mindset to learning and adopting new tools quickly.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills—you’re comfortable managing timelines, tracking progress, and keeping things moving on multiple concurrent projects
  • Excellent communication skills—you can explain data clearly and tailor your message to different audiences
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and a passion for community impact
  • Authorization to work in the United States

Salary Range

$70,000-$80,000

Regional Director, West Region

Regional Director, West Region
Reports to: SVP Affiliate Programs and Services
Location: Remote (West Region Preferred)

Keep America Beautiful is seeking a Regional Director, West Region to strengthen our affiliate network, foster partnerships, and expand our impact across the western U.S. This role supports local affiliates, provides strategic guidance, and ensures the successful execution of our programs to create cleaner, greener, and more beautiful communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Affiliate Support & Development
• Build strong relationships with Keep America Beautiful affiliates, providing guidance and resources to enhance their impact.
• Identify and support new affiliate opportunities, including outreach, training, and onboarding.
• Assist affiliates in meeting certification and reporting requirements.
• Mentor affiliates on fundraising, board development, and coalition-building.
• Track and support affiliates in achieving President’s Circle recognition.
• Gather and share success stories, best practices, and trends to strengthen the network.

Program & Event Management
• Oversee regional execution of programs, including the Greatest American Cleanup and corporate-sponsored initiatives.
• Work with affiliates and local partners to plan and implement community cleanups, beautification projects, and volunteer events.
• Serve as project manager for corporate activations, ensuring successful planning and execution.
• Support grant administration, including tracking, reporting, and disbursement.

Partnerships & Advocacy
• Develop relationships with corporate, nonprofit, and government partners to expand regional initiatives.
• Represent Keep America Beautiful at events, conferences, and media engagements.
• Support state leaders and affiliates in advocacy efforts.
• Collaborate with the development team to secure sponsorships and funding opportunities.

Qualifications:
• 5-7 years of experience in nonprofit management, community engagement, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in volunteer recruitment, program management, and event coordination.
• Knowledge of sustainability, environmental stewardship, and behavior change principles.
• Ability to travel
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for environmental causes and community service is a plus.

Salary Range
$95,000-100,000
