I. SPONSOR: Keep America Beautiful, Inc., a 501(c)(3) a nonprofit organization, 1010 Washington Blvd, Stamford, CT 06901 (the “Sponsor”)

II. SWEEPSTAKES PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The KAB Greatest American Cleanup Challenge! (the “Challenge”, “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) begins 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), April 22, 2026 (“Start Date”) and ends 11:59 p.m. ET, July 4, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Local affiliates, volunteers, public agencies, and corporate partners are invited to participate in litter clean-up activities with an opportunity to win prizes.

III.  ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia (“D.C.”), who are thirteen (13) years of age or older to enter or win. Participants who are thirteen years of age through seventeen years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, are eligible to win a prize with the stipulation that the winner’s parent or legal guardian will claim the prize and may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release in order for the winner to receive their prize. (In compliance with COPPA Laws). Officers, members, directors, and employees of the Sponsor and any of their advertising / promotion/judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes, Compliance Sweepstakes Services, LLC (“Administrator”) (collectively, the “Released Parties”) and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, – whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) of such individuals, or persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

IV. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES: An individual is deemed a Participant (“Participant” or “you”) in the Challenge if eligible as per Eligibility requirements (Section III) and enters the Challenge using at least one (1) of two (2) following methods of entry:

1.) Greatest American Cleanup Challenge Entry Method: Participants are invited to join the Challenge, via a company e-mail, or a social media announcement and are to visit the Sponsor’s Website (https://kab.org/) to participate. Follow the prompts to create an account (“Account”) by registering your complete name, e-mail, and phone number. Registration via SMS is not available.  Your registered e-mail address will act as your ID for your  Account during the duration of the Promotion Period.

As part of the registration process, you will have the option to opt in to receive SMS marketing communications from Keep America Beautiful, including updates, cleanup alerts, and promotional messages related to the Greatest American Cleanup Challenge. Opting into SMS marketing communications does not constitute an entry into the Sweepstakes and does not register the Participant for the Challenge. SMS opt-in and the Sweepstakes entry are separate actions.

The Greatest American Cleanup Challenge Activity: Registered Participants are instructed to pick up any and all types of litter, with the exception of broken glass, needles, tires or anything that could cause harm or injury. With the approximate total of litter pieces gathered, submit your daily Litter Pick-Up totals via Text to 475-500-8569. Each submitted Texted Report is matched to your registered e-mail address on file, and each Report credits your Account with one (1) Entry into a weekly or bi-weekly random drawing of prizes. A Participant may only submit one (1) Litter Pick-Up Report per day during the Promotion Period. There is no specific number of litter pieces a Participant is required to pick up or Report. Entries are not based on the total number of litter pieces picked up. This is not a Contest. However, the more daily Reports submitted throughout the Promotion Period, increases your odds of being selected in each weekly or bi-weekly random winner drawing.

Litter Photo Submissions for Entries: Throughout the Promotion Period, a request for Participants to upload via Text a photo of your litter items found. Each Photo Submission (“Photo Submission” or “Submission”) gives the Participant one (1) entry. Refer to Litter Photo Submission Requirements below.

By texting to participate or by providing your phone number on the registration form, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Keep America Beautiful related to the Promotion at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Entering via your wireless mobile device, which may only be available via participating wireless carriers, standard text messaging and/or data rates may apply for each message sent or received from your handset according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers’ rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. 2.) Mail-in Method of Entry (AMOE): An individual may enter the Sweepstakes without the Litter Pick-Up or Report obligation by legibly hand-printing on a 3”x 5” or a 4”x 6” card your complete name, mailing address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, date of birth and date card is being written. Only one (1) mail-in per calendar day is allowed. Mail each card separately in a hand printed first class stamped #10 business size envelope to: CSS / KAB Greatest American Cleanup Challenge! P.O. Box 326, Stonington, CT 06378. The return address on the envelope must also be hand-printed with the sender’s full name and address. Limit: One (1) envelope submission per calendar day throughout the Promotion Period.  Rubber stamped or commercial printed return address labels will void the Entry. Each correctly submitted mail-in envelope receives One (1) Entry into the weekly or bi-weekly Sweepstakes winner drawing. Cards mailed without being inserted in a business size envelope are voided.  All final mail-in Entries must be postmarked by the July 4, 2026, Promotion end date, and received by July 10, 2026. In the event a postmark date falls on a Sunday or federal holiday, the mail-in Entry must be postmarked on the following business day.  Mail-in Entries must include all requested information in the formats, as stated above to be considered a valid Entry. The Mail-in Entry card and envelope must be hand printed by the Participant only. In addition, Participants are not permitted to use any third-party organization to assist with the entry process in any way (as determined by the Administrator). Typed, computer generated, or otherwise mechanically reproduced postcards, and outer envelopes are NOT allowed and will not be accepted. Proof of sending an Entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for mail that is lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, stolen, damaged, or misdirected. Postage due mail Entries will be disqualified. Each Envelope must be mailed individually. Bulk shipments of Entries will not be accepted. All Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor. Requests for confirmation of receipt of entries will not be acknowledged.

Litter Photo Submission Requirements: All Litter Photo Submissions must: (a) be the exclusive original work of the Participant; (b) be in keeping with KAB’s image; (c) not defame or invade publicity rights or privacy of any person, living or deceased, or otherwise infringe upon the rights of any person or entity, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity; (d) not contain any commercial/corporate advertising, including but not limited to corporate logos, brand names, and slogans other than the Sponsor’s and (e) not depict any conduct or content that is unsafe, immoral, obscene or otherwise inappropriate as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Each Participant represents and warrants that he/she has obtained permission from any and all recognizable persons other than the Participant depicted or mentioned in a submitted photo or caption and agrees, upon request, to furnish written proof of such permission. Failure to meet any of the requirements above, or to otherwise comply with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification.  Sponsor reserves the right to delete or blur any inappropriate content from a Submission without disqualifying the Photo Submission Entry where, in Sponsor’s determination, such change does not materially alter the Submission and the Participant has otherwise attempted in good faith to comply with these Official Rules.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to save a copy of your Photo Submission in the original format (a “Screen Shot” is recommended) before uploading it to your Text Report folder. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged Submissions, including Submissions that may be delayed in transmission.

The Photo Submission constitutes a Participant’s consent to give Sponsor the irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such Submission in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes. If requested, Participant will sign any documentation required for Sponsor or its designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights Participant is granting to use the Submission. Released Parties (as defined in Section III) are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected Submissions, all of which will be void. In the event of a dispute regarding any Sweepstakes Submission, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder.

V. DRAWING, NOTIFICATION AND ODDS: Five (5) potential Grand Prize Winners (“Winner(s)”), Thirty (30) Second Prize Winners and Eighteen (18) Third Prize Winners will randomly be selected weekly and bi-weekly throughout the Promotion Period by a third-party administrator (“the Administrator”), an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. A Potential Winner of a prize valued over $250, will be notified by phone and/or Text on or about July 15, 2026. If a potential Grand or Second Prize Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within two (2) calendar days of the initial notification, or does not respond with complete contact information as requested by voice message or text, or whose phone provider indicates that the phone number is invalid or unable to receive the communication (even if ultimately delivered thereafter), or found to be ineligible, cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All methods of entry have an equal chance of winning. Odds of winning in this drawing depend upon the number of entries received by the time of the drawing.

VII. GRAND PRIZES TERMS & CONDITIONS: Grand Prize Winners are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, taxes, rules and regulation.  Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute Prizes with another prizes of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised Prizes (or any component thereof) is not available. All decisions by Sponsor as to prizewinners and the Prizes are final. A Prizes are      not exchangeable or transferable. Winner assumes all responsibilities associated with the Prize. Any difference between stated ARV and actual or a publicized value will not be awarded. An unclaimed Prize will not be awarded. Winner is required to execute any documents necessary to take ownership of Prize.  The Winner is responsible for all other costs and expenses, including insurance that may be associated with the Prize. There are no additional warranties on a Prize except as may be offered by the manufacturer. Winner of the RV Rental Prize must be a licensed and an insured driver. Awarding of the Prize shall be made as soon as practical after the Winner drawing, but in no event more than eight (8) weeks after the Winner executes the Prize Acceptance Release (as defined in Section VIII).

THE PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EXPRESSED AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

 VIII. GENERAL TERMS CONDITIONS AND PRIZE RELEASE: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. All local, state, and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner who receives a Prize valued over $600.00. Such Winner is required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (“Prize Acceptance Release”) and a IRS W-9 form which are to be returned within three (3) days of notification. Winner may also be required to send a copy of their passport, driver’s license, or birth certificate as proof of age and residence. A Winner is required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before a Prize is awarded for tax reporting purposes. Parents or legal guardians of the Grand Prize Winner under the age of majority in their state of residence (which is eighteen (18) in most states but nineteen (19) in Alabama) and may be required to also sign the Prize Acceptance Release and W-9 form in order for the Grand Prize Winner to receive their Prize. The Prize Acceptance Release is subject to verification by Sponsor. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of a Winner, the parent or legal guardian of the Winner who is under the age of majority in their state of residence. If potential Winner fails to return requisite document within the specified time-period, or if a potential Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and, an alternate winner may be selected for the Prize at issue.

 IX. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part because of any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications, equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Promotion by any party, or any federal, state, local or provincial government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsors’ control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence). If for any reason, this Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Sponsor reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process (if applicable), and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the Prize using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination/suspension date. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor also is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure or delay of any e-mail or submission to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to a Promotion’s system, which is occasioned by participating in this Promotion or by downloading any information necessary to participate in the Promotion.  Sponsor is also not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Promotion.  If any provisions of the Official Rules are determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. X. PUBLICITY: By participating in this Sweepstakes or accepting a Prize, each Winner grants to Sponsor and its advertising, promotional agencies and providers of those acting under their permission (except for residents of TN and where prohibited by law) the irrevocable and perpetual right to use his/her name, or other likeness, city and state, voice, comments, and any photographs or video or audio footage that may be taken for advertising and publicity purposes, worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known (including without limitation use online at the Website and Social Media) without payment or additional compensation or acknowledgement for public relations. Winner agrees not to engage in any promotional activities on behalf of any competitor of Sponsor or other Sweepstakes Entities, whether directly or indirectly. Prize Winner understands and agrees that a Prize award event may be videotaped/photographed. Rights to any Prize event video/photo belong solely to the Sponsor and can be used in any media at their sole discretion.

XI. PRIVACY AND OPT-IN: Any personal information supplied by you to the Sponsor will be subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at https://kab.org/privacy-policy/. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant the Sponsor permission to send to your e-mail address or text number, information for the purpose of administration or Prize fulfillment. This information will never be sold or shared with third parties. You may opt out of receiving future e-mails from the Sponsor by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in any e-mail. To opt out of future text messages, reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL to any text message received from the Sponsor. Upon opting out you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.You will remain eligible for this Promotion whether or not you opt out of receiving promotional e-mails and texts from the Sponsor. Sponsor will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party other than as described above herein or in its respective privacy policy. We retain your information as long as you are enrolled in the Messaging Service or as required by applicable laws.We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.We monitor messages to prevent fraud, spam, and phishing attempts in compliance with CTIA and U.S. carrier regulations.

XII. RELEASES: Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes Winner’s agreement to hold harmless Sponsor and Released Parties (refer to Section III) from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, losses or damages to any person (including death) or property of any kind arising in any way from or in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes, the acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the Prize offered.  The Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their Prize after it has been received. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any Prize.

XIII. GOVERNING LAW/DISPUTES: By entering, Participants agree that (1) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be (i) governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Connecticut without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, (ii) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut or the appropriate Connecticut state court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, but in no event including attorneys’ fees, disbursements or court costs; (3) under no circumstances will a Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs; and (4) any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts of serving Stamford, Connecticut and Participants, and the parties consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these Official Rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

XIV. ARBITRATION: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, claim, or demand related in any way to the Sweepstakes will be decided by binding arbitration. All disputes between you and the Sponsor, of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of these Rules, shall be submitted to Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (“JAMS”) for binding arbitration under its rules then in effect in the Stamford, Connecticut area, before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The parties agree to share equally in the arbitration costs incurred.

XV. WINNER LIST AND OFFICIAL RULES: The names Winners will be announced monthly at https://www.kab.com and Social Media platforms beginning on or about April 30, 2026, and after the Winner has been verified. A copy of the Official Rules or the Winner’s name and state of residence can be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped business-size envelope to: CSS / KAB Greatest American Cleanup Challenge! The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Prize Acceptance Release will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event, any provision of the Official Rules or the Prize Acceptance Release is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
