Mr. Sam Ballard: Memphis City Beautiful Adopt A Trash Can Program Participant
We would like to spotlight a true community champion: Mr. Sam Ballard of the Palmershire Park Community Association in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Ballard has been helping Keep Memphis Beautiful for many years and is a pillar of the Palmershire Park Community. Mr. Ballard and the Palmershire Park Community Association are Adopt A Trash Can Program participants and maintain five trash cans in their area. By providing trash cans at no cost to be installed along the right of way, the program helps keep litter off the ground.
