Our goal is to pick up 25 billion pieces of litter and beautify 25,000 communities across the country between now and July 4, 2026. Joining the Greatest American Cleanup movement is much more than just picking up litter.
In the next two years, we will unite Americans around a shared goal of making our country look its best for this momentous birthday celebration. We aim to honor our land’s natural beauty and the American people’s can-do spirit. Our efforts will spark renewed civic pride in our cities, towns, and communities nationwide. By inspiring communities, organizations, and individuals to take action, we support a cleaner, more sustainable, and more beautiful future.
