Jay is a recently retired Senior Partner at EY and served as a Global Client Service Partner in EY’s Industrials & Energy Industry Group working with large multinational companies and leading complex transformative projects. In this role, he worked with clients and helped them turn their most pressing issues into opportunities to drive innovation and sustainable value. Through his trusted relationships, he supports his clients to effectively navigate complex challenges and seize opportunities to positively impact business outcomes, helping to Build a Better Working World leveraging the various capabilities of EY.
He has deep expertise in Finance and Accounting, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions and the associated processes, technologies and organizational structures. He coaches his account teams to focus on relationships and teaming in order to be connected, proactive and insightful with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and satisfaction. His personal purpose is to see and develop the best in everyone so that we can tackle our biggest challenges together.
He has worked extensively in the Industrials and Energy industries in the Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Illinois markets for most of his career and continues to look for new ways to help his partners in these markets to innovate and commercialize breakthrough ideas.
Jay also has a strong passion for “The 3 E’s” (Education, Entrepreneurship and Environment) harkening to the values he developed while at EY and in life. He is actioning this through Board appointments, volunteering, philanthropy and business ventures, ultimately helping to leave our planet a better place for generations to come.
