Natalie Johnston-Russell

Natalie Johnston-Russell leads the Keep Georgia Beautiful Foundation (KGBF),  as Executive Director, driving initiatives that empower communities to create cleaner, greener, and more beautiful places to live. Under her leadership, KGBF supports more than 70 local affiliates and statewide partners, expanding engagement in litter prevention, waste reduction, recycling, and community beautification.

With more than two decades of nonprofit leadership experience, Natalie brings deep expertise in volunteer engagement, fundraising, organizational strategy, and community outreach. Before joining KGBF, she served in several leadership roles with the American Red Cross.

Natalie holds dual B.S. degrees from the University of Alabama. She lives in Atlanta with her husband and their two children.
