Community-improvement nonprofit Keep America Beautiful announced Wednesday the launch of a fund to support cleanup and rebuilding initiatives in areas struck by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma.

The Stamford-based organization’s Community Restoration and Resiliency Fund will provide financial aid, technical support, in-kind donations and other resources to Keep America Beautiful affiliates and other partner organizations serving communities affected by the hurricanes. The fund will offer immediate and long-term support to rehabilitate public spaces such as parks, greenways, community gateways, main streets and other downtown areas.
