1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal Information You Voluntarily Disclose

In Short: We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us.

You may freely visit our Website anonymously and without being required to provide us with any personal information. However, certain requests do require that you provide us with some personally identifying information as more particularly described below. Also, if you opt to access our volunteer portal, you will be required to register as a user and create a user profile. Do not send confidential information to us directly through this Website, or by email to any of the contact email addresses listed on this Website.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the features you use.

The personal information we collect may include the following:

Sensitive Information. We do not process sensitive information. Please do not send any sensitive personal information via any of the contact performs provided.

Payment Data. If you make a donation through the Website via the “donate” button, you will be asked to provide certain personally identifying information, such as your name and home address, as well as your credit card billing information, in order to process the donation. The credit card information that you provide at the time of donation is used only to process your donation and will not be stored or used for any other purpose.  However, if you opt to make a recurring donation, your credit card information will be stored and used for the purpose of processing your recurring donation.All payment data is processed and stored by Classy. Non-Personal Information Automatically Collected

In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services.   • IP Addresses: When you visit and interact with the Website, third parties with whom we have contracted to provide services for us may collect Internet Protocol addresses (each an “IP Address”), as well as browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and page navigation. An IP Address is a unique identifier number that certain electronic devices use to identify and to communicate with each other on the Internet; your Internet service provider automatically assigns an IP Address to the computer that you are using. 3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. KAB works with a variety of third-party partners in order to allow us to make the Website available to you, to host and store the information we collect from you, to collect and process donations, and to provide certain functionality and features. We maintain – and ask that any third-party partners who may store information on our behalf to maintain – administrative, technical and physical safeguards for the Platform designed to protect your personal information against theft, loss, misuse or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of the personal information that we collect from you. 7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 9. DO COLORADO RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of Colorado, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.
Colorado consumers have certain rights with respect to the collection and use of their personal information pursuant to the Colorado Privacy Act (“CPA”). under the CPA, consumers have several privacy rights that give them more control over how their personal data is used.
