Consent is not required as a condition of purchase or donation.

We do not send unsolicited messages.

Our service never charges consumers to receive or reply to text messages. However, depending on your mobile service plan, message & data rates may apply.

Message delivery is subject to mobile carrier availability and network conditions. YourCompany, its service providers, and participating mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
WARRANTY
Messages are provided on an “as-is” basis. Keep America Beautiful is not responsible for any delays, failures, or issues related to SMS delivery. Message delivery may depend on third-party mobile carriers and network conditions.
