Colleen Lucas
Colleen Lucas serves as the Vice President of Community Impact at Anheuser-Busch, where she is responsible for overseeing A-B’s work in the community from disaster relief and economic empowerment to responsible drinking and environmental sustainability. In the past year, Colleen and her team have helped deliver over 3 million cans of emergency drinking water to volunteer fire departments and communities across the country responding to natural disasters including wildfires and floods. Additionally, she has spearheaded the launch of the National Recycling League, a multi-sports league coalition to raise awareness for recycling and encourage consumers to recycle wherever they are cheering for their favorite teams. Colleen and her team have also forged a first of its kind coalition with Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and Uber to take a new approach to drunk driving prevention.
Colleen has been at A-B for over 12 years, holding leadership positions in both Marketing and Innovations prior to her current role. Colleen earned a BA in Psychology from DePauw University and an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She lives in St. Louis with her husband Justin and their three children.
