Volunteers join Keep Natick Beautiful in picking up litter at local mountaintop.

Keep Natick Beautiful, a Keep America Beautiful affiliate in Natick, Massachusetts, collaborated with the Common Street Spiritual Center to host its Big Fall Sweep at local mountain Coolidge Hill. The goal of the cleanup event was to pick up broken glass left behind by visitors at the top of the summit. The space actually was once known as “Glass Mountain” following decades of bottle breaking.

Keep Natick Beautiful said several volunteers joined the event and aided in picking up 90 percent of the broken glass. Among the volunteers were: TEAM Miller – McKay, Faith, and Henry; TEAM Mevorach – Ian, Hannah, Tabitha, Sarah, and Mia; Veteran Trail Buddy – Dan Dick; and a new volunteer – Amy.
