FLINT, MI — Thanks to donations, Flint has been flooded with water bottles during the city’s water crisis. Though the amount of donations has slowed down, officials say Flint needs a program to handle recycling efforts.
Partnership will create recycling program for Flint students

It’s a burden some are working to ease for the Flint community.

The Coca-Cola Company, Nestle Waters North America, the PepsiCo Foundation and the Walmart Foundation announced Tuesday, Feb. 28, that they have partnered to fund an integrated recycling education and awareness initiative for the 10,000 school students affected by the Flint water crisis.
